This is Pasadena's only Case Study House.
From what I can tell, the exterior looks close to original 1947 design. The house sold in 2012 and the listing photos show some bad decisions made by previous owner(s) over the years.

Why would anyone have closed off that dining room? The wood ceilings were covered up too??
Then again, look at their choice in furniture.
